Kevin in customer service was very polite & helpful, however when I opened the carton it contained someone else's order. The return process is less easy, telephone wait time is a bit long & I was disconnected twice.

I placed an order in 9/8 - was charged for it - never received product & after 2 - weeks, informed by paypal I got refunded by the Vitanet! Good thing this order was for the vitamine suplement, not a serius medication for my health, otherwise.....! I was Unable to reach customer service & they never responded my email! This company seems to be a bunch of phonies!
