I've tried several of their products and have been surprised (since this is one of those "autoship" companies) that the quality has been quite good (based on my guidelines). They tend to have trial offers where you pay for shipping only (not saying that the shipping is necessarily accurate) but you are allowed to try the product for a greatly reduced price, which I like. You can now also choose NOT to be added to the autoship for most offers when you make requests by phone.
