Official Rules



By participating in this promotion you agree to these official rules:

1. ENTRY. You can enter Nutritional Tree.com March drawing in one of two ways.

First, you can submit a review to Nutritional Tree.com between March 1, 2007 (12:01 AM EST) and March 31, 2007 (11:59 PM EST). To qualify:
  • All entries must be submitted with a valid email address and name.
  • Your reviews must be submitted on a product on NutritionalTree.com, multiple reviews of the same product will not be counted.
  • Your reviews must be approved by Nutritional Tree editors for posting on the website.
  • The maximum number of reviews/entries per account is 50. Multiple signups from the same person are not permitted.
Second, you can print the words "NutritionalTree.com Drawing" and your name and address on a postcard and mail it to:

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 31, 2007 and received by April 7, 2007 to be eligible, and mail-in entries not on postcards (such as in envelopes) are invalid and will be discarded. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

2. DRAWING. NutritionalTree.com will select winners by random drawing from all qualified entries. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email. By entering this contest, winners agree to allow their name to be published on the website under latest winners. 3. PRIZES. Nutritional.com will select three winners:
  • The first place winner will receive $500
  • The second place winner will receive $250
  • The third place winner will receive $150
Winners are solely responsible for paying any taxes or other expenses associated with prizes. NutritionalTree.com will report prize values to taxing authorities if required by applicable law. Prizes may not be transferred, and limit one prize per person.

4. ELIGIBILITY. To enter, you must legally reside in the 50 United States and be over 18 years when entering. The NutritionalTree drawing is subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

5. DISCLAIMERS. Communications between you and NutritionalTree.com (including your entry, NutritionalTree.com notification of winning or your response to such notification) may be affected by many factors, including technological failures, and may be lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible or otherwise undeliverable. Nutritional Tree can only process communications it actually receives on time. Should any communication problems affect your participation or opportunity to win or claim a prize, you accept that Nutritional Tree is not liable for such problems. IN NO EVENT SHALL NUTRITIONAL TREE OR ITS AFFILIATES OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS OR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE DRAWING (HOWEVER ARISING, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE). Nutritional Tree cannot ensure that its website will be operational or will operate error-free.

6. PROMOTION INTEGRITY. You may not use an automated process to submit multiple entries, and Nutritional Tree may void all entries submitted from entrants who use such processes. You will be disqualified if you attempt to manipulate, interfere or tamper with the entry process or administration. Nutritional Tree intends to report any unlawful activity to law enforcement authorities. Nutritional Tree may cancel or modify the drawing if Nutritional Tree, in its sole discretion, believes that the drawing integrity has been compromised.

7. WINNERS LIST. You may request a drawing winner's list by sending a postcard with your return address to:

Such requests must be received within 30 days following the drawing date.

8. GENERAL. This agreement is governed by Georgia laws as such laws are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Georgia between Georgia residents. This agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement with respect to this Nutritional Tree monthly drawing.
