Great immune system booster!

This special combination of vitamins and immune supplements is a great and easy way to keep your body going strong and healthy. I have used this for a long time because it shows an almost immediate good result. I would recommend this product to anyone trying to keep their body healthy. This complex has kept me sickness free for the past few months. I will continue to use this to stay healthy.
Defends and resists a lot of common issues

Before I started taking tablets that targeted the flu specifically, I used Defend and Resist Complex by Shaklee. It's more of an all encompassing product which is designed to give your immune system an overall boost using some of the more common supplements. Taking 6 tablets a day was quite a hassle, especially because I have a hard time swallowing pills, even more so when it is multiples at a time. I did feel that it worked pretty well to ward of the common cold, some allergy symptoms, sinus congestion, and even a pretty bad fever that was going around my school. It didn't work too well against the flu, but sometimes you need something extra for that. I would suggest taking the Defend and Resist Complex if you work around a daycare or school - specifically during major outbreaks. At around 20 dollars for a 2 weeks supply, it will cost you a lot if you use it liberally - so try and save it for the more important times.

My dad sells Shaklee, he has a lot of customers that buy this product from him. My mom uses it and from time to time, I use it. It is a very good complex. If you are dieting it gives you energy and when you are sick it helps you get better. My father gets very good reviews from it. Many people like it. I have to agree, I give it 5 thumbs up.
