a real pick up

I was fed up of going to doctors for my weak immune system because of which i caught infections easily. Then my friend told me about this product. I bought this product and started taking it. Afer few days i was able to notice the changes. I now feel healthy and there in no more tension of costly prescriptions or going to doctors. Its an incredible product.
Good choice for the price

I received samples of this through a special promotion and was surprised at how well it worked at getting my family through the first round of cold and flu season. It seemed to keep our stamina up while everyone around us got the sniffles. If you've already gotten symptoms, I think it really is too late for this product. Airborne is the best thing once you're already gotten the first symptoms of flu or cold. I trust the Natrol brand as it's always done really well for me, and this is no exception. One warning though, don't let these dissolve in your mouth accidentally,the tabs taste truly awful!

My family and I used to get sick frequently before taking these supplements. After we had been using it for a few days, it changed our lives around. It's been great so far. It helps your immune system, which defends you from getting sick. I didn't give it 5 stars because it tastes awful.
Not sick anymore!

It seemed we were getting sick constantly in my family. It usually started wih the kids and then my husband and I would get sick. My husband and I started taking My Defense capsules and have noticed a significant decrease in colds, coughs, sore throats and more!
Great Product

While everyone else in my office is sniffling and sneezing, I seem to stay immune from all those 'bugs' floating around. I've always liked the Natrol brand for supplements, and My Defense is no exception.

I got these after receiving a sample. While I still have gotten sick from time to time, I am convinced I have not gotten as sick as I have times before. I have 3 small children and someone is always sick, especially during the winter months. I have been sick at least 50% less than I was last winter, even taking care of these children.
