I did take this for four months once during winter time which should be peak cold/flu season and I worked at a theme park at that time so I had plenty of exposure to illnesses and I did not get sick. I would definitely recommend the use of this! I used this exact brand from the Vitamin Shoppe.
Immune Defense

I've tried many medicines that help the immune system. The important thing you have to realize is that if you're immune system is weak, there isn't much you can do more. However, in retrospect, I got sick from a simple cold while taking this drug, which makes me wonder what it actually does. I think this drug is quite ineffective in what it says it does.
