I was going through a stressful time after college and I wanted to find a supplement that could naturally offset my mild depression. I looked toward the amino acids and came across L-Tyrosine. It worked to balance my mood. I have used it for years. It is 100% safe. I never had to fear weaning off of them if I stopped taking them like prescribed alternatives. Everyone should keep a bottle on their shelf for any period of mild stress, anxiety or depression. I recommend highly.
Easily Absorbed

I chose to switch to this L-Tyrosine product last month because they have added the B-6 for better absorption and assimilation. I used to have to take an extra B-6 capsule every morning along with my Tyrosine. It's simply more convenient & cost-effective to have the two nutrients combined.
