Glycine is a non-essential amino acid and has the simplest structure of all amino acids, allowing it to fit easily within protein chains and make space for structurally larger amino acids. This feature makes it very important for specific bodily functions. Glycine also supplies creatine, which is used to construct DNA and RNA. And it supports glycogen storage, thereby making more glucose available for energy production.

NON-ESSENTIAL means NON-ESSENTIAL
JH, you dont really know what ure talking about....glycine is one of the simplest amino acids and can be produced by our body, hence it is called as non-essential. Well at least now I know that this reivew is not written by the company itself...lolGood Stuff

I had been trying to find glycine that was suitable for vegetarians and gluten free. I take glycine as a dietary supplement, I take 1/4 level teaspoon mixed in water or juice with or between meals one to three times daily. This has boosted my energy and I feel healthy.Got extra cash? Get it.
Being a non essential protein, your body doesn't produce it, so it may be a good idea to get some if you are truly serious about keeping muscle size while cutting. Really didn't feel much while on it, but then again, I don't think you are supposed to.

dumb ass ....
Non-essential means your body produces it, not the opposite.
