Glycine VegiCaps
Overall Rating
From the Manufacturer:
Long chains of molecularly bonded individual amino acids form protein. The body must first break these molecular (pepetide) bonds for amino acid absorption to take place. Solgar's free form amino acids are already in their simplest form (no peptide bonds) and can be readily absorbed into the bloodstream.

Bad by Chris Carter

This product really did not work. I bought it last week and never will be buying it again. Basically, not as advertised, I did not get healthier or notice anything different about me. Plus, it really did not go down well. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Even my other members of my family decided it was a dud.
Did it do something? by Stephan Gi Won Yoon

I'm actually a fan of this brand. I have used their Rutin and Vitamins with good effect. But I had taken this for a week or two now for muscle gain and a workout boost but I didn't feel any change. My workouts are the same and I don't feel any difference in muscle growth, or energy. It's almost as if I took nothing. The price is fair considering the other Glycine supplements which is why I bought this. I would never try this again, waste of money.
