Good if you arent suseptable to cold sores

I used this as a pre workout supplement for 2 months 5-10g. I got a little better pump and i felt it help with my endurance during training. But after I had been taking it for a month and a half i read it can cause cold sore outbreaks and sure enough I got one the next week. Good product if u dont get cold sores. Also if u want to boost ur growth hormone it can help with that
