This is surely the best form of the amino supplement. Not only is it less expensive, but anyone who is using this particular amino (arginine) along with L-Tryptophan will experience optimal results. To counter any bitter taste, I suggest a sprinkle of Stevia if using this in a protein-based shake.

I was using the NOW brand L-Arginine tablets until my local vitamin shop started carrying this. You get more for your money with the same great results. The taste is a bit bitter, but I sucked it up knowing I was saving money.
