L-Carnitine

Great for fat loss

I have used NOW L-Carnitine, in conjunction with omega 3 oils and a good diet for nearly 3 months. This amino acid has helped keep my body healthy, without much sickness. I take this before and after workouts which has given me more energy throughout the day and helped me to shed of many pounds. I currently buy this product as soon as I run out. The substance is cheap and effective.


Improves energy without the jitters

I have used this product in place of caffeine products and energy boosters for a few months now and have found that my energy levels have been maintained, if not improved when used before meals, prior to working out. The best thing about this product is that the jittery feeling from other products is not apparent with usage of this L-Carnitine supplement. Just remember to use prior to pre-workout meals in order to gain the benefits of improved energy levels and stellar performance inside and out of the gym.

This product is just an average product. In fact, it really did not work for me like I thought it would. If you really want to try something that will help to lose weight and give yourself an energy boost, try the GNC brand, which is way better. This one had no effect on me whatsoever! Try another brand before you try L-Carnitine!! You will be sorry!


Great Product for Weigh Loss

I've been using this product for a few months now. I've noticed that I feel less tired after workouts and it enhances the effectiveness of my workouts. I had hit a weight loss plateau when I started using this product. Since then I've lost an additional 22 pounds!


Make it part of your preworkout shake

Along with L-Arginine, this is a must for gym goers of all ages. Better than the powder versions, since you don't have to taste. Would recommend.
