I'm currently taking this product to compliment my cutting diet. I have to admit, this does seem to make my diet a little less depressing. It gives me a little spark of energy and helps keep me going during my workouts. I have cut about 8lbs of fat in about 5 weeks. Is it worth the money? This depends. If your on a more casual diet, I would avoid this product. It wouldn't be worth wasting the money. However, if you need to shave off just a few extra pounds to reveal the 6-pack, give this a try. A serious dieter might be surprised at how well this works.
