I really like this product

I really like this product. I started using it after my experiments with diet pills had failed. I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel more energized, and my weight came down pretty easily (in conjunction with diet and exercise, of course). And unlike many diet pills, it didn't make me feel jittery at all.
Save your money

I didn't find this product to be all that helpful. I took it faithfully for a few weeks, but didn't find a difference in my weight loss and fitness goals. The only thing I think it did do was make me more aware of my eating and working out in general. In essence, it had a psychological effect. With good diet and exercise this product isn't necessary.
