Bodybuilding must!

Let me be the first to say that the key to getting big is not just by taking supplements and eating a lot. You have to workout regularly and eat a balanced diet. I have been taking these Glutamine pills for a little over a year now and have really noticed and increase in the way I feel and the size I have been gaining. Before I started taking glutamine, I had a very hard time gaining any mass at all. Now after a year, I have gained a good 20 pounds, and I credit it mostly to the Glutamine. This is a wonderful supplement and I plan to take it for as long as I work out.
