I have tried many different Glutamine products and this one is just as good as any of them. I take 1 teaspoon of L-Glutamate Powder after a hard work out in the gym. Glutamate is essential in muscle recovery and repair. I have been taking L-Glutamate Powder for about two weeks now and have noticed my muscles feel much better the day after a hard workout. This is an excellent product and I plan to order another bottle when I run out.
