Needed for workouts

Two years ago, I was on a keto diet, and needed something with an anti-catabolic effect, did my research, and found that glutamine is great for this. I started taking two servings a day. I was dieting for about 8 weeks, shaved off about 14lbs which brought me down to about 7% body fat. I lost very little muscle mass during this diet.
