Glutamine is a product I highly recommend for hard working athletes. However, g-tek's product is not one I would hugely recommend. With the product here in capsule form, the buyer is not provided with a satisfactory $ per serving ratio. While capsules may be convenient for some I would recommend purchasing a glutmaine product in powder form for true value.
