Great for muscle recovery

Glutamine Fuel Powder by Twin Lab is some of the best glutamine powder I have ever used. I have used several Twin Lab products and never once been disappointed.
Glutamine is a very much needed amino acid for post workout muscle recovery.I use my creatine pre workout, and follow up my training with Glutamine Fuel Powder by Twin Lab, as well as getting in some whey protein and good carbs, for a well balanced, well supplemeted training regimen.
I gove Twin Labs five stars once again for delivering as promised.
