Twinlab's L-Glutamine tablets have been a lifesaver for me since I found out I am hypoglycemic. My blood sugar can be a complete nightmare. Even when I think I'm eating 'right,' I will get intense sugar-related mood swings. Only when I found L-Glutamine did it start to change. I tried the powders, but I prefer the tablets.

TwinLab has some awesome products on the market, but this really is one of their better ones. I cycled this with creatine monohydrate and found the results remarkable. Not only was I rejuvenated, but after extreme workouts the muscle soreness was limited. I highly recommend L-Glutamine.
