I chose this product for allergies because I was familiar with TwinLab. I have purchased appetite suppressants made by them, so I was comfortable purchasing allergy relief from them. However, this product didn’t work very well for me, and they are really large caplets. When my allergies are acting up, one of the last things I want is a something large to swallow since my throat gets sore from drainage. I wasn’t very happy with TwinLab L-Histidine.
Too big

Have bought this product before and to say the least, I was not very happy with it. The main problem with this product is the sheer size of the pills. They are enormous. It is very hard to get them down your throat. My mother who is about five foot nothing wouldn’t even bother taking one of these pills because of their size. Just stay away from this product and buy one that has smaller capsules.
