L-Lysine

I have taken L-Lysine from 21st Century for about three years now and do not plan on stopping any time soon. After about a week of taking it, I saw improvements in my skins look and an overall healthy feel. I recently told a friend, who is suffering from cold sores, about it. They have been taking it for about 6 months now and do not have cold sores any more. This is a really great product that I will keep taking.
