I have had ulcers in my mouth for years but the doctors couldn't recommend anything to help. A friend recommended I take L-lysine so I tried it. I used to take 1 2xs a day. Then I found Super L-lysine and I take one a day EVERY day! I have not had any ulcers in about 5 years. If I miss 1 day, I will get ulcers. I HIGHLY recommend this product.
