My family has a very bad history of heart disease and my doctor has always recommended that I do as much as I can to prevent myself from developing heart problems. I try to stay fit by going to the gym and eating healthy, but I like to have a little help from supplements. One supplement I take daily is L-Lysine by Vitamin Research Products. I did some research before ordering it, and found that it is essential in promoting a healthy and sturdy heart and arteries. I take two capsules two times daily and feel better then ever. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who takes a multi-vitamin daily and wants to add a little more to support a healthy heart. I will definitely be buying another bottle.
