Effective Sleep Aid

I don't have any trouble sleeping, but my husband does--especially with trying to fall asleep. He was hesitant to try a sleeping pill, as he has high blood pressure and already takes prescription medication for that condition. I've read about tryptophan supplements as a sleeping aid, so I suggested he give them a try.
This product was effective. It took about a week of daily dosing before any noticeable effects were achieved, but I can vouch for the fact that my husband now falls asleep sooner than he had been. He says he feels more rested the next day too.
We will continue to purchase this product as it works and the price is reasonable.
