A must-have for anyone who does shift work
by Becky Davis

For 15 years I did swing-shift work in a factory and my biggest challenge was winding down to get a good night's (or day's) sleep. I tried melatonin but I found myself experiencing bizarre dreams. My daughter suggested L-Tryptophan and voila! I not only began sleeping well, but L-Tryptophan also suppports the production of hydrochloric acid for the digestive system, which eliminated my need for Nexium.

Better Than Turkey
by Victoria

L-Tryptophan is proven to cause drowsiness, but also more refreshing sleep and less "next day drowsiness". When taken as a supplement, it not only helps with sleep, but also helps one to sustain attention levels, all via a natural method with none of the side effects caused by sleep aids and/or other "medication".

It is found naturally in many foods, is essential to humans, and since we can't produce it we must get it from our diet. I find supplements a perfect way to get this without indulging in too much fat.

The only drawback to the Physicians Formual brand is the price. It is more costly than some brands, but I do trust their product to be safe, so I will stick with them.
