Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I seem to let all that occurred during the day play over and over in my mind at bedtime so I never really would get a full night's sleep. Since I started using these on those days that were very stressful, I have found that my sleep pattern has improved. I seem to sleep for longer periods of time than I normally would. It has made a big difference in my life to get at least 6 hours of straight sleep a night. Plus no groggy feeling on awakening in the morning.
