Same as the other 5-HTPs

This is the third or so 5-HTP remedy I've tried to help alleviate social anxiety symptoms. Unfortunately it had no real positive effects and MORE of the negative effects (nausea, tiredness, mild confusion). I'd recommend another product, perhaps something with L-Tyrosine, as that seems to act as a catalyst to the 5-HTP.
