When you take any kind of amino acid, you are consequently altering the chemical activity in your brain. I took this after many hours of research of self-diagnosing my depression and anxiety. I do not believe in taking western medicine and feel that alternative medicine offers the right rememdies for the body to process. I bought this product based on my research. Since everybody differs, I found this product actually worsened my condition. Of course, it is necessary to try things out for more than a few hours in order to really test it. I tried it for 4 days, as that was all I could tolerate. I discovered L-Tyrosince was not for me. Give it a try first, as you may have different results than me. Everyone is different.
