I bought this exact bottle and it really works. The two most noticeable effects are that it reallly offsets fatigue and that it dies suppress appetite, especially for junk food.
It does seem to improve mood just a little bit.
It doesn't really seem to give you energy, but it does give you more willingness to do things that require enrgy

I am VERY surprised that L-Tyrosine isn't recommended by more health professionals, I was told that this helps energy and concentration levels by a close friend. If you are taking supplements, and want more energy take a second look at this. (Plus I like the name brand Twinlab).

I really love this product! The price is really great as well. I have been using it for over a month now and have really felt dramatic changes in my heath and overall energy levels. I have even gotten my mother hooked on it now.

I used this product in conjunction with 5-HTP to cure an attention deficit issue. My main concern had been the inability to shift attention from one item to the next, as well as difficulty reading. While I still felt I could not fully comprehend the material I'd read after taking this product, I felt better able to handle directions at work. Also watching movies was not as much of a daunting task as it used to be. I have seemed to have best results with TwinLab brand, though I cannot confirm the truth of this.
