I highly recomend this product to anyone looking to increase their level alertness.

When I would take this product,I would think faster, walk faster, even lift more.
It helped me in getting to the point of things when I needed an edge, whether it be mental or physical.

I also found that it increased my coordination. It is a good product to take before physical, exersion, when you are tired, or when you need tobe mentally sharp. It turns you on, so to speak.
