Any bodybuilder knows that Glutamine is one, if not the most important amino acid you need if you want to put on mass. It is essential for the recovery and speed at which your muscles recover. This is my first time taking Glutamine pills and I have to say I was very pleased with Glutamine 1000 by Optimum Nutrition. The price is reasonable, and you can trust that any supplement from Optimum Nutrition is going to be very potent. I have taken these for about one and a half months now and have noticed that I feel much better the day after a hard workout. I feel like I can go back in and do it all over again. I would definitely recommend Glutamine 1000 to anyone who wants to have a fast recovery from working out. I will definitely be buying many more bottles.
