Great Product, Beats the Rest

This product is excellent. One reason is that it is not a single amino acid supplement. There are about 12 of the 20 amino acids that are essential (meaning our bodies can't synthesize them). There are supplements for each and every one of these amino acids individually. Clinical research has shown single amino acid supplements to be risky. To take large quantities of a single amino acid can have no positive if not a negative impact on health. This product has all 20 amino acids in a balanced form - about the right proportions for what our bodies use. I think this product is great because it is difficult for many to get all 20 of the amino acids they need in a hectic life of eating on the run. I would recommend this product to everyone - it is not exclusive to body builders.
