I take this daily along with another amino product. This one is better because you only need to take one daily, the other brand suggests you take 5 to 10 tablets daily. Which is such a pain to keep up with on a regular basis.
These are a great combination and essential for me to continue to be healthy.
Essential Amino Complex

I really like these because they provide me with the proteins that I am missing. They are easy to take and I like that they are free of preservatives and artificial flavors and colors. Since they are in pill form you don't need that stuff to make it taste good, so it is a really healthy way to get protein absorbed into your bloodstream much faster than with foods. I recommend this product. I feel better and stronger since I've begun taking it.
