Essential Amino Complex
Solgar's Essential Amino Complex Vegetable Capsules are free of corn, yeast, wheat, soy and dairy products and are formulated without the use of preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. Long chains of molecularly bonded, individual amino acids form protein. The body must first break these molecular (peptide) bonds for amino acid absorption to take place. Solgar's free form amino acids are already in their simplest form (no peptide bonds) and can be readily absorbed into the bloodstream.

I take this daily along with another amino product. This one is better because you only need to take one daily, the other brand suggests you take 5 to 10 tablets daily. Which is such a pain to keep up with on a regular basis.
These are a great combination and essential for me to continue to be healthy.

I really like these because they provide me with the proteins that I am missing. They are easy to take and I like that they are free of preservatives and artificial flavors and colors. Since they are in pill form you don't need that stuff to make it taste good, so it is a really healthy way to get protein absorbed into your bloodstream much faster than with foods. I recommend this product. I feel better and stronger since I've begun taking it.

I always include these into my diet -because I know that I do not get enough proteins into my diet. These help balance that out.

While this is perhaps not as potent a product as optimum nutrition's line of amino acid supplements; this offers an interesting alternative for individuals who are conservative about preservatives, chemicals and colourings used in supplements.
