All-in-One Bargain

I am forever looking for ways to improve my health--now and for the future--and a comprehensive amino acid regimen was recommended in a book I read. Vitamin Shoppe has in the past provided me with quality products at decent prices, and this was no exception. Although I can't say I felt physically better, I did feel better knowing I was providing my body with what it needs to thrive.


Great combo of aminos!

I found vitamin shoppe provided an inexpensive amino acid combination. I tried this out when I had a coupon for their site and I must say it works pretty good. It has a nice balance of amino acids.

The only complaint is these pills are HUGE! They can be hard to swallow, especially if you are taking the recommended dosage of 5-10 tablets daily.
