Great for the Heart

I have suffered with heart palpitations for years and have tried many natural remedies as well as medications from my doctor. I tried Taurine after reading about it being so good for the heart. I must say it made a huge difference in the amount of palpitations I have daily. It cut them down to about 1/3 of what I was getting. Anything that helps my heart is a good thing for me.
