Great Energy Boost at Low Cost

I like this taurine supplement the best. I initially discovered taurine as I noticed it's the active ingredient in most energy drinks such as Red Bull, which I can hardly choke down due to the taste.
Initially I tried the taurine in 1000mg supplements and it was just too powerful. So I tried Nature's Life 500 mg. version and it is just right. I am able to feel a boost but not end up awake half the night. I wouldn't take them the first time during late afternoon or evenings unless you plan to be up late, they can keep me awake.
On a day where I have a lot to accomplish or am just flat sluggish in the morning, these do the trick and helped without drinking those high-priced and sometimes awful tasting drinks.
