Too Powerful for Beginners

It definitely has a BIG kick, far too powerful for me as the first taurine capsule to have tried. That however was my fault for underestimating them, I tried to split the capsules in half but didn't have much luck, so tucked them away for a more tolerant day.
These have this "taurine" that you may notice is the active ingredient in the energy drinks. Taken alone it really gets you in high speed, and kept me from having to force down bad tasting drinks that barely measure up when it comes to the taurine content.
I would be careful about taking this high milligram as a beginner though.
