I work for GNC, and I have heard many customers praise this product (I have actaully never heard a negative comment). A side effect I have heard from some customers is that for the first couple days, this product may turn the skin a redish pigmentation. I am guessing that this is because of the improved bloodflow. This passes within a day or two, however.
Good for the skin

I started to take ALA200 when I read in a beauty magazine that this product was good for anti-aging and for your skin. I have tried it and can say that I have seen improvements in my skin. I have noticed that my skin is more supple and radiant. It has worked for me.
