This is a great product! I noticed results right away. My skin looks and feels better. I lost quite a few pounds on this product. I take two capsules daily and it improves my health. I would recommend this to anyone that wants results.

A good product that can help post workout recovery and has benefits for skin health also. However, there are more cost effective ALA products out there. Shop around!

Alpha Lipoic Acid is important to add to your antioxidant supplements from time to time. It has so many additional benefits. I notice when I am taking it, my energy level increases while my body fat decreases. You have to love that. I take it about twice a year for antioxidant support.
