I'm not much of a promoter of random vitamin supplements usually, but when it comes to Alpha Lipoic Acid, I'm quite the supporter. I've noticed that I have more energy when I include it in my small vitamin regimen (which also helps in the bedroom), and I actually tend to get a cold whenever I stop taking it. I think that taking Alpha Lipoic Acid along with, say, Vitamin C is definitely a good step toward improving your immune system.
