Alpha Lipoic Acid - Ultra

I have been using ALA for years because I am diabetic. I use 300 mg a day and it protects from nerve damage. However, on my last order from SWANSON I got a mislabeled order for my 300MG order. The bottle was labeled as 300mg but that was not what was inside -- instead there were 100mg instead! I wonder how much mislabeling goes on with this company?

I am an RN and also Diabetic, I came across an ad about Alpha LIpolic Acid and decicded to try it. I have lots of problems with my feet (pins/needles type feeling) and I have a disorder called Gastroparesis which is also caused from my Diabetes and put me in the hospital several times before it was diagnosed. For awhile I took meds for the Gastroparesis, then I started Alpha lipolic Acid. Over time my gastroparesis seems to have resolved as long as I stay on the Alpha Lipolic Acid. I am off prescription meds for the gastroparesis. My feet are better and seem less likely to get the "pins and Needles" effect I had in the past as well

I have diabetes and about 4 years ago I went to the doctor for burning of the feet. He told me I would have to learn to live with it...part of having diabetes....On line I read about Alpha Lopric Acid and how it is used in Europe to help this problem....I've been using it since. It's rare that I have any burning of the feet, before I would have to stop the car, get out and walk because of the pain. Same at night after going to bed. I take 1 300 mg cap a day...wouldn't be without it...
