I had trouble with night vision and several years ago one of my friends kept recommending bilberry supplements. Although very into nutrition, at the time I was not well-versed on herbs and food supplements and seriously doubted bilberry could help my long-standing night vision problem. After all, an eye doctor had already told me nothing could be done and that I was probably born with the problem.
Finally my friend stopped talking and just bought me a bottle of Natrol Bilberry Extract and insisted I take it every day. Well he was right! Within a few weeks of taking bilberry every day my night vision improved significantly. I later learned that bilberry was used in WW II by British pilots specifically to improve their night vision! Yet despite being a history buff I had never heard of this wonder supplement before my friend mentioned it.
Yes, I did tell my dear friend that he was right and I was wrong and have thanked him so many times for finally buying it for this former skeptic who now has far less trouble driving at night!
Billberry for eyes

My father has glaucoma and I also have elevated eye pressure, even though I'm only in my 20's. My optometrist recommended I take supplements to improve my eye health. After researching, I found that billberry was important for the eyes, and I started taking this product. I think it's better to be safe than sorry. Hopefully, my eye pressure will never get to the glaucoma point.
