I recently began using bilberry extract tablets by Source Naturals because of problems with my eyesight ( the "40s" vision changes, poor night vision, slow refocusing, etc.). I take 2 tablets in the morning with breakfast and some times 1 more in the afternoon; I do notice a difference in my vision for a period of time throughout the day. I plan to continue taking the bilberry extract not only for my eyes but for overall health.
