Yes my husband uses this product and has good relief with his pain with joints. His heart health has been better too.

I bought Puritan's Pride Coenzyme Q10, 120 mg, but was not taking it regularly until I had some chest tightness and pain in my shoulder. I went online to look at symptoms of a heart attack. I had some of them. I also looked online to see if there were any natural remedies. CoQ10 was listed as helping to reduce damage from a heart attack and strengthen the heart. Just in case, I took a capsule and headed to the emergency room. By the time I arrived, the tightness was lessening. My blood pressure was very high, though. They kept me overnight for observation and ran a few tests, but said they didn't think it was heart attack, but I needed to visit my doctor and watch my diet and exercise. Well, I haven't done too well with the diet and exercise, but I did start to take the Coenzyme Q10 daily, and I have not had any chest pains or tightness since and that was over two years ago. I have used Puritan's Pride supplements for over twenty years because of their good quality. I feel their supplements have made a difference in keeping me healthy.

I started using this product after I opened my own business. The stress was unreal. Taking this product really helps me relax and gives me increased energy. I would recommend this to anyone trying to cope with any type of stress. I have been taking it for over two years and while it is rather expensive, it is worth it.
