Expensive - Not For Me by Christine Martens

I am always searching for new suggestions about how to decrease headaches. ( I am a headache sufferer ). My doctor suggested taking 200mg of CoQ10. 100mg twice a day. Unfortunately after about 8 months there is no difference. I stopped taking CoQ10 because it is expensive too. It's a good thing that it comes in higher milligram doses.
Little pill - big benefit by Mari

My husband has cystic fibrosis and his doctor told him to start taking CoEnzyme Q10 as part of his daily regimen to help protect is lungs and heart. At first, my husband said it wasn't making any difference, but the following month when he went for his usual breathing tests his small airways performance was much better than the previous month (very important for CF patients). He also admitted that he'd felt like his energy level was better. I can tell the difference in his stamina when he's on the CoQ10 and when he's been off it. Sometimes he doesn't get a refill when he runs out because it is expensive, but it makes a great difference in how he feels.
