Works if you can handle the smell

I purchased this garlic pill without reading the other reviews. I smelled of garlic breath quite often, so I changed when I took it instead of morning I took it at bed time. When I started to belch it up I took a over-the- counter acid reflux remedy which cured the re-tasting which is very unpleasant. On the good side it did help me lower my cholesterol by almost 20 points which is why I started to take it in the first place. For me the lower of my cholesterol makes it worth taking. My wife says by morning that I do not smell of garlic - thank goodness.
Smells awful

Although I was looking for a small potency garlic nutrient, I ended up trying this product. I took this product for about 1 week and had an awful experience. I smelled like garlic all day and found it to be very uncomfortable to speak to people due to self consciousness of the smell. I do not recommend this product if you do not really need to take this high of a dose.
Not sure if it works or not

I was using this cause I had read somewhere that it would help combat thrush. Let me tell you, I smelled all the time. I belched garlic nonstop. If I was sweating I swear I reeked of it. My husband even made a comment about it. I believe that was when I quit taking it. I also would not recommend taking it for thrush, it didn't help that out at all.
