I have used the product line for over a year and I am very pleased. Three years ago my cholesterol was 600 (yes very high). I chose to lower it by holistic means. I take 600mg twice a day. Now, it is under 300. It took about 8 months to see a reduction. I'm going in the right direction and will continue taking the garlic from The Vitamin Shoppe.

IMO, Garlic is Garlic, so get it somewhere cheap. Vitamin Shope has pretty low pricing on alot of these generic supplements like GArlic.
