Take as a Precaution

I take Ginkgo Biloba. I have for most of the past 2 yrs, as a precaution primarily. There are still some moments of the normal forgetfulness, but that is human, so far the memory is maintaining, and take this as a precaution that it never declines.
Nothing much

As I've gotten older, my memory just isn't the same. I tried this product because my mother gave me the bottle to try. I took it for about a month, but I really didn't see a change in my memory. I felt like I was taking way too many pills per day with hardly any results. I don't think I will go out and buy this product on my own. Maybe I should have taken it for a longer period of time, but I was tired of taking 4 pills daily anyway.
If you've done damage to your memory, TAKE IT!

Ginkgo is the best. I have taken Ginkgo in the past, but do not currently take it myself (being that I have an immaculate memory!) I did however make my husband start taking it on a daily basis. He is a former ultimate fighter, and I know he's had a lot of the memory punched out of him. This has done wonders for him. (Either that or he actually started listening to what I say.)
